Prout comes to Britain!

Got out of bed yesterday and paid a little surprise visit to my darling Prouties at the Victoria Embankment Gardens... You see... for those of you that don't know... some of the juniors are on a chorus and band tour of Europe. So i got situated with a cup o' Joe or as i like to call it "life's liquid Mojo" and i sat down by the gates to the concert area. it wasnt long before a coach bus pulled up right next to me. As the doors opened a leaping and bounding Chris Dieman came shouting off the bus...ironically he hadnt spotted me yet...he was just being his usual self! Then he saw me and he goes "wow that girl looks like LIZ! wait a minute!!! IT IS LIZ!" so he runs back onto the bus and alerts everyone of the situation. Jack stood up so suddenly he hit his head on the cieling and fell right back into his chair. then... i had a herum of adoring faces around me. eek! so exciting!

we watched the mimes and street performers along the Thames river, then we went to the arcade and rode the bumper cars. We ate dinner in covent garden, then i took them to the Les Mis theater with all intentions of going to read in the park for a bit and coming back to meet them after the show... but luck of luck! there was an extra ticket! so i got to see it! i sat with Jon Paul, and it was better than the first time i had seen it. the kid behind me dumped soda on my head at intermission, so i was sticky and a little ticked, but soon enough i was lost in the show again.

We went the hotel after and said our goodbyes. i must say that it was not as difficult as before, although that isnt saying much. last time was aweful.

I began to walk for the tube station, but i realized that the neighborhood was a little dodgy so i gotr on a bus that was marked for central. as it happens, the bus was bound for an even dodgier neighborhood. so i waited until i saw a gas station and i got off the bus. the station happened to be closed because it was really late at night. so i tried to call a cab from the booth, but i didnt have enough change. i went back to tthe bus stop to try to get back to somewhere in central. it was a long wait. i got one to the london bridge station...yes i was that far to the east! when i got there the tube station was closed and i had only one other option...cab. so i walked to the nearest cab post and waited. i noticed that tis guy was staring at me so i started getting a little edgy. i had had just about enough of this...so i walked over near a group of drunk office people and sat on the curb right next to them. i was so edgy with the number of bad occurances that had already happened tonight that i was shaking. one of the office guys, named Tim, came over and talked to me for a while and he eventually saw that i got safely home in a taxi. this whole thing was a bit too scary for my liking.

I miss Kelly... i wish he were here...

Truly i miss all of you! MORE THAN I CAN SAY! trust me.
i wish, deeply, that you are all still as healthy and happy as i remember.

Namaste'
